After covid problem

Asked for Female, 29 Years

I was recovered from covid on 30 th april, after some days of that i have headache mild and tooth ache which is like one day it happens other day not.. so i consulted to ent 5 days back he do endoscopy and say therr is mild sinus and give me one nasal spray which i am using 3-4 times a day and taking steam. But that mild headache is still there Specially in forehead area, back of head and it is on and off.. And it comes on alternate days.. When it will be ok.. Can anyone help pls Note: feeding mother of 17 months old baby girl. Thanks in advance
