Your UACR of 201 means your kidneys are losing a bit of protein, probably because of your diabetes. High triglycerides can also be a sign of diabetes and overall metabolic health. This doesn't mean your kidneys are damaged, but it does mean we need to get your metabolism more under control. Your HbA1c at 6.6% is actually pretty good. Keep taking your diabetes and blood pressure medications, and adding in some regular cardio will help with your triglycerides and protect your kidneys down the road.
