I have been taking 2 soaked figs everyday in the morning with 1 glass of water from 2 weeks because my bowel movements gets affected very easily and sometimes i get constipated also because of that why i am taking it and i am feeling better but want an advice would it be okay to consume it on everyday basis .

Gud evening I need a detail sharing of your dietary pattern,water intake,sleeping pattern,stress if any kind so that I can give u a good suggestion.Yes u can have figs,but there is certain limitation of all food items 2is fyn,try to have green vegs,leafy vegetables,fruits,salads n soups home made into your daily routine diet.
