Hi Welcome to India Adderall or amphetamine is a controlled drug in India as it is in USA. This particular drug is not available on India for use to general public. There are alternatives available like methylphenidate(ritalin) which is as effective as amphetamine. You would need a prescription in triplicate from a Psychiatrist with his credentials in it to obtain this molecule in India. And this drug is available in select stores only which have special license to hold such drugs. I guess this answers your question
