I'm suffering from procrastination and not being able to remember appointments (or promises) and I keep being distracted and absorbed in things like sci fi videogames, or sci fi movies.. and even absorbed in my own thoughts, i also find myself not focusing on what the other person saying when talking to me sometimes, unless I'm really interested, I took an ADHD for adults test and it gave a probability of 71% ADHD.. I'm 25 and not really hyperactive.

1. Start planning each hour of your day. Take a small diary. And schedule all the things you need to do. Schedule you time for food, leisure activities, social media, etc.
2. Spare 15 mins aside for breathing exercises and focus your attention on your breath. There would be many thoughts that ll distract you while doing this. Just let them pass.
3. Practice mindfulness.
4. Eat more fruits n vegetables in yiur diet.
5. Restrict intake of processed and sugary items.
