Only screening tools are available online and by definition, screening tools have very low sensitivity and poor diagnostic accuracy. Relying on them for a diagnosis would be a bad idea. Widely available screening tool for ADHD is Adult ADHD Self-report Scale (ASRS).

The self reported questionnaires have a high false negative value. The symptoms of ADHD overlap a lot of things from normal variant of personality which is to be delineated only by an expert. There are many psychiatrists available online, you can consult me as well if it suits you. It would be valuable to feedback from your parents when you do consult.
