I have a habit of eating raw millets especially kudo and banyard millet I can't resist eating it in raw form also I am taking thyroxine 75 MCG I'll it affect my health

Millets contain some ANTI NUTRIENTS which actually blocks absorption of certain nutrients hence it has to be soakedand cooked.. Hence consumption in raw form is to be avoided
