I have a  habit of eating raw rice v much .im gaining more weight .who can I avoid it .what can be the problem

Stop eating too much rice which is a carbohydrate and exess consumption results in conversion of them in to storage fats results in weight gain...avoid junk foods,carbohydrates like rice etc,avoid oily foods...add proteins and fibre rich foods to your diet...do regular exercise at least 2 hours a day..consult dietitian for further details

Before you get the craving for rice try something else. Eat raw fats like butter ghee or other oil like coconut oil to reduce weight.
