Acute Right Spine Pain with numbness
Last Thursday I had severe right side back pain wherein I was unable to walk, sit, stand or lie down. Then there is numbness on the right leg between heal and knee [inner side]. MRI done. Onbpain killers now. Lying down with pillow support for legs.  What is the treatment required?

Looks like lumbar canal severe stenosis with distal deficits
Next Steps
As per the mri the foraminal spaces at L 3,4,5 are very less -- Suggestable for surgery
