I am planning to travel to ladakh, so for precaution for acute mountain sickness and travel sickness should I take any medicine. Also which emergency medicines should I keep for travelling

ACETAZOLAMIDE is the standard medicine used for prophylaxis of mountain sickness. Take it low dose 125 mg twice a day 24 hours before travelling and continue for 2 days maximum. If you report any side effects. We have other substitutes as well.
