Acotiamide is secreted in breast milk and it's strongly advised to not use during lactation even by the manufacturing company. If you are using this for nausea or bloating you have alternative medication available, please consult a doctor before taking other alternative medication too.

Greetings
Acotiamide can pass into breast milk, and its safety for nursing infants hasn't been well-studied in humans.
Medical guidelines generally do not recommend it during breastfeeding unless a doctor decides the benefits to you outweigh the potential risks to your baby.
Not preferred during breastfeeding (especially without strong indication)
Acotiamide has very limited data in lactation.
Baby is 1 year old + on solids → risk is lower than in neonates. But still not completely risk-free
prefer safer alternatives first… like pantop rabeprazol etc
