Acne scars on face

Been having constant issue with pimple and pimple marks.. have tried to change my diet, had all sorts of English creams and medicines, and yet nothing seems to work.. new pimples keep popping up and leaves a very bad red to black spots on my cheeks. Please let me know if there is any treatment that you can provide for my issue
