No creams can improve scars. You will need procedures such as Laser, subscision, PRP etc

Acne scar doesn't improve much with any creams but pigmentation due to acne can be improved by dis... Depending on wat type of acne scars u hav we can start treatment accordingly so better consult Dermatologist and get ur skin checked...
