I get pimples and acne quite frequently due to my oily skin. I burst them and now I have spots all over my face. Can I get rid of them? If so, then how?

Hi...., Wash problem areas with a gentle cleanser. Twice a day, use your hands to wash your face with a mild soap and warm water.... Use an oil-free moisturizer with sunscreen. Don't pick or squeeze blemishes. Doing so can cause infection or scarring.... Kindly consult Dermatologist for medications....
