Acne is very common with pcod
Don't worry regarding the same. Start applying clindamycin cream in the day and benzoyl peroxide in the evening for the same along with doxycycline capsules 100 mg twice daily for two weeks and then start isotretinoin 10mg after 2 weeks once daily and you will be all fine within 3 weeks .Revert back for the same with the improvement.
For scars there will be another level of treatment which I will inform once ur acne is fine
