Acne and rashes on facial skin
My fiancee is having acne and rashes on her face mostly on the forehead and chin area, and we have our marriage in January'21, so there's hardly 2 months left. She has some dandruff problem also. Rest she has no issues, only thing is her face is not looking good visually due to lots of pimples on her forehead !! Can you please what to do in this situation to overcome these acne and pimples on her face in a short period of time ? Please advice !!
