Knee brace while walking and Physio to get knee range of motion to complete.. Will have to get ACL reconstruction done once swelling subsides and full range of motion of knee achieved, ideally after 3 weeks.

In setting of acute knee injury, ACL reconstruction is not done. You need to take rest and take some physical therapy and medicine. However surgery will be needed in future.
Next Steps
Knee brace and Ice application

Right now no procedure should be done...just do physiotherapy and get the knee examined again after 6 weeks completion from injury...if symptoms are there then u need arthroscopic surgery.
