Ache in neck and shoulder area
I have been experiencing shoulder/neck pain since a couple of months frequently. I tried sleeping straight just in case it was because of wrong posture but it didn't help. Also, I could experience it sometimes in right shoulder and back , and sometimes on the left one (mostly in this one).

Thank you for the query . First of all tell me if you are experiencing any numbness or tingling in any part of your arms/hand? Is it only during the night time while sleeping that you are having the pain ? Have you lifted any heavy objects recently or had a jerk or have long sitting durations on computer or reading ?
Next Steps
