I had a fight with a girl. She has bitten me very badly over my hand and then i got a whole lot of scratches of nail all over my body especially in hands and near neck. Although i cleaned all tge wounds with dettol and had tetanus after 6 hours. But my back is aching. Can i know the reason why?

How old are wounds? If more than 24 hours, hot fomentation through electric cushions or warm water and salt will help you. Just dip into the slightly hot but bearable water .Keep it dipped for about 15 minutes . You will feel relief.

antibiotics if wounds look deeper or are oozing.  Keep it dry. wash with diluted detol lotion like you have done earlier
