AC lagging by 2 weeks in 30 weeks
I m 30 weeks 5 days pregnant and fetal weight is 1552 gms +_ 442 gms. The AC is lagging behind by 2 weeks and there is mild uterine arterie resistance for which raking 150 mg asprin, l - arginine and labtelol and high orotein diet just started. Any chance of normal growth and will AC improve later rest all parameters are normal. Attached report

Definitely, you need a two weekly once Doppler scans and growth scans to asses on the Fetal growth. Continue all your suggested medication’s, and let’s hope positively for a betterment in the fetal growth Distress and relax yourself

Continue medicines as prescribed Keep watch on fetal movements Check for diabetes once Doppler monitoring 3 weekly should be done

With continuous medicine as prescribed...the fetal weight and prognosis can improve
