Doctor, i have abses wound on my chick. I always wash it and use to wet it. Some hospital agent are saying i have to keep it dry and some are saying i have to keep it wet. Who should i follow doctor?

Abscess need to be treated with antibiotics. If there is associated pain and itching then u must take pain killer and anti histamines also. Yes, we need to find out why did u get it in the first place ... was it dry or wet ... needs examination.
