Above vagina a dry skin patch

Asked for Female, 29 Years

Above vagina in genital area i got a dry skin patch which is some times itchy also due to dry skin.its there from almost 2 years.I visit th Dr twice but the ointment (sorvate c) what they gave is only works for 2 days after that again i start getting the dry itchy skin.attacded the screenshot of ointment and affected area..plz help me what should i do.
