Hello, I'm 21 yrs old and my height is 5'2" and weight is 35kgs and I'm skinny please suggest proper diet chart to gain weight.please note that I'm pure vegetarian.thank you.

- Take regular meals - Add  carbohydrates, fats, proteins,in each meal( like in breakfast, lunch, dinner) - Take in between snacks like  dry fruits, bananas, peanuts chikki. -  increased intake of chappti or rice in a day
