Hiii dr Yesterday both my parents took covishield vaccine..today my mother got tem 102 and father got 101 I have them dilo 650.Now their tem is 100and 99respectively Is this normal after taking vaccine ...or do I hv to worry.

Yes , this is called post vaccination flu, they will have flu like symptoms ( but mild ) for the next 3 days, it shows a good response to vaccine, nothing to worry, but temperature should not go beyond 101 and fever should not last for more than 3 days, can give paracetamol as and when required

It's fine. Don't worry. Ask them to have plenty of water orally. They will be fine. Keep checking Spo2
