My uric acid level is 7.30 ALT (SGPT) is 68 I usually eat 400grams of chicken boiled chicken breast and 5 egg whites And 1 protein shake daily As it is part of muscle gain diet Can it cause any problems

Helo sir. Actualy ur protein intake depends on ur bodyweight and the workout u do daily. Minimum u hav to take 1-1.2g per kg body weight of protein. Apart from the values do u hav any symptom or discomfort?
