Your results attached here shows normal T3 T4 and slightly elevated TSH ,is known as subclinical hypothyroidism.
Unless your TSH level is above 10,if you are symptomatic or planning for pregnancy you don't need any medicine.
Periodical check for TSH level is all what you need
