Hi I have been into some stressful events in my past during those days I used to be under extra pressure.. That's why I developed some fears like what happens if I don't awake in early morning on EXAM day.. Or what if I forget how to write (means I started questioning natural characteristics of body)thats why I lived with these fear for more than 5 years now ...it led to ruining my many exams... Neither I can sleep well before exam nor I can write... Although now I have a government job I thought these fear would fade away but I was wrong now that fear has spreaded in my daily life... Now when I go to bed... I start fainting what if I don't sleep now, what will happen next day and keep myself awake... I keep thinking about it whole day.. It has become the major issue of my life.. I think of old days when I did not have any fear associated with sleep.. I could sleep anytime.. Please don't associate it with insomnia.. I don't have insomnia.. Hope you understand. Please help
