I have tension headache and anxiety . Can it be treated by a psychiatrist ? Taken CT scan of my head all normal , Chest pain too so took ECG and echocardiogram , Also took TSH and FSH all normal . Consulted a GP and was diagnosed with chronic tension headache and took tryptomer , was relieved for some days but developed the pain again. What shall i do ?
