I'm 36 years old women,I have 6 years boy.my belly is big at lower side.i do workout for 30 minutes for 5 days a week and drinking water 3.5 ltr per day,my weight is 74 now.what to do,is any medicine for belly fat

Gud evening no medicine will work out madam,pls try to follow a healthy lifestyle routine including a healthy balanced diet rather than crash dieting,drink enough of water approx 4ltrs max including other liquid food items like toned milk,plain low fat butter milk,nariyal pani etc,exercise for specific target areas for 45mins minimum like power yoga or pillate or jumba dance etc,sleep early n have dinner before 9pm,reduce stress by either meditation or yoga atleast for 20mins in evening.If any health issues like thyroid,diabetes etc pls let me know that too.
