Your reports show a moderate Vitamin B12 deficiency and a severe Vitamin D deficiency, both of which can cause fatigue, body aches, numbness, low energy, and mood changes. You can start Neurobion Forte, one tablet daily for 6–8 weeks to improve your B12 levels. For Vitamin D, take Vitamin D3 60,000 IU once a week for 6 weeks. Along with medicines, include B12- and D-rich foods like fortified cereals, almonds, curd, cheese, eggs, and mushrooms in your diet. Also try to get 10–15 minutes of sunlight exposure daily, preferably in the morning. After completing the treatment, repeat both tests after 8 weeks to ensure levels have normalized and adjust treatment if needed.

Hello, Your reports show significant deficiency in both Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D. B12 = 129 pg/ml: This is clearly low. Such levels can cause fatigue, low energy, tingling, poor concentration, mood changes, acidity-related issues, and even hair-fall. Vitamin D = 10.8 ng/ml: This falls in the deficiency range. At this level your bones, immunity, mood, sleep quality, and overall metabolism are affected. These deficiencies usually happen due to lifestyle, gut absorption issues, irregular diet, or sometimes because your body is not converting vitamins properly. Before giving you any specific supplement plan, I need to understand: Your digestion pattern Sleep cycle Any acidity / bloating issues Your protein intake Sun exposure Whether you are vegetarian or mixed diet Because the correct correction plan depends on these factors, otherwise the levels drop again even after taking medicines. If you want a proper personalised recovery plan to boost both B12 and D quickly, you can connect with me privately for a structured approach. You can message me on w.h.a.t.s.a.p.p – nine three two six zero two zero five three six for a detailed one-to-one consultation.

Your reports show: • Vitamin B12 = 129 pg/ml → Quite low (Normal: 200–900 pg/ml) • Vitamin D = 10.8 ng/ml → Severely deficient (Normal: 30–100 ng/ml) Both levels are below normal and need treatment. These deficiencies can cause tiredness, low energy, body pains, tingling, acidity, poor sleep, mood changes, and brain fog. The good news: both can be corrected safely with proper supplements.
Next Steps
Vitamin B12 Treatment Plan Option 1 — Tablets (easiest & effective) Take Methylcobalamin 1500 mcg once daily after breakfast. Brands: Nurokind OD / Methycobal / Benfolate / Becosules Z Take for 3 months continuously. Option 2 — Injections (if symptoms are severe) • B12 injection 1 ampoule every week for 6 weeks, then 1 per month for 3 months. Either plan works. Tablets are enough for most patients. Vitamin D Treatment Plan Cholecalciferol 60,000 IU (Vitamin D3) Take 1 sachet or tablet per week, after food, for 8 weeks. After 8 weeks → Take 1 per month for maintenance. Brands: D-Rise / Tayo 60K / Uprise-D3 / Calcirol Add Calcium With Vitamin D Take a calcium supplement once daily after meals: Examples: • Shelcal 500 • Shelcal HD • Calcirol + calcium This helps bone health and improves Vitamin D absorption. Diet to Improve Levels Naturally For B12: • Eggs • Milk, curd • Chicken, fish • Fortified cereals For Vitamin D: • 15–20 min sunlight daily • Milk + ghee • Mushrooms • Vitamin-D-fortified foods
Health Tips
When will you feel better? Most people start feeling improvement in: • 2–3 weeks for energy & mood • 6–8 weeks for muscle pains • 2–3 months for complete correction
