Asked for Female, 42 Years

As i have gone through TAH+BSO on 31.8.15 after which i continuously felt pain in my lower abdomen region when i gone though usg again after 2month it come as defect of 8mm in anterior abdominal wall in pelvic region in mid line with on content suggestive of incisional hernia so now what should be my next step
