Doctor i am experiencing neck and gorin pain. I am over weight near about more than 40kg. Does it pains because of being over weight. Please suggest me.

It may be be muscle stain. . -1.Take tablet myoril 4 mg twice a day for 3 days. 2. Tab pan 40 once a day before breakfast for 3 days. 3.apply ice pack twice a day. 4.if pain still persistent after medicines see a orthopedician
