Asked for Female, 17 Years

My face and neck skin tone does not match with rwst of my body. It looks more paler n darker than other body parts. It started turning dark when i engaged swimming and playing lawn tennis in sun. Otherwise it was fair before. My query is that can chemical peels give my original color back?. Look at the pic...my hand is fairer than my face...my face looks really uneven and pale as compared to my chest, hands n legs. Pls help Thankyou
