About blood glucose
Dear doctor..i am 30 years male ..and i just checked my blood glucose level today and it's come 86mg/dl in 12 hours fasting and after meal PPG is 63
Please doctor can you explain me..why this and is it okay or not

After meal value should be taken 2 hours after a standard meal. Maybe that was not done.fasting value is ok.
