Care AI Shimmer
Dont run for syrups for weight gain, check growth charts if child is growing appropriately to growth standards. Focus on food quality and habbits. Rule out if any underlying vitamin/ mineral deficiency is there or not. See a pediatrician if you can’t clear it by yourself.
