I have taken 2 injection of vitcofoll -c vitamin b12 ....2500 in 4 days and took eggs with milk after that next day I tested my blood sample. In a report b12 range is 1880. What is reason

Because you took those injections , no need to worry . It's water soluble and doesn't stay in the body for long. Also when u get test done next time, make sure u didn't take the vitamin B12 for 2 days . Only than get this test done
