Abortion Pills Taken - Have Taken Abortion Pills After 48 Hours

Have taken abortion pills after 48 hours of taking the first dose.I have placed the pills in the vagina.it has been more than an hour now and I can still feel them .how long would it take for them to dissolve ? If possible can I remove them and take a new set orally?
