Abnormality in reports

Asked for Female, 17 Years

I had these tests done...my problem is that Im feeling feverish(body slightly warm)and also loss of energy is there(weakness)...Slight giddiness is also experienced by me..ESR is 27(Normal range is 0-19)..What is the cause behind increase in RBC(erythrocytosis),Platelets(thrombocytosis) and ESR?Vit D3 is also low(7.54)..Does it mean there is some active infection in body?Kindly tell...
