Greetings, sorry about the concern. I think you are thinking too much into this. This is not an issue to be worried at this stage unless your walking is troubled.
Next Steps
your abnormal patella tracking will not affect your delivery. it is upto the obstetrician to decide how to go about the delivery.
you can consult a physio to correct the patella and if your physio is good before your delivery your hips and patella abnormal tracking can be corrected.

Advice...
Avoid sitting Cross legged.
Avoid Squatting-
Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain.
Yes, There might be. In vaginal delivery legs have to go way apart and flex at hips.
This can be tested by your obstetrician now only, if she is comfortable with leg range and position then ok.
Else you can plan Cesarean section. There is no problem going for that as well.
Hi there. If you have adequate flexion and abduction of your hips and have a normal pelvic outlet then there should not be any risk for vaginal delivery ..other risk factors not being there.
