Hello the past 2 year ago you had a kidney stone for confirmation we need the latest ultrasound reports but most probably for mm stone has been passed out now related to the pain this pain might be due to stone formation and well as well as urine infection. Pain in the Rib cage needs investigation if it doesn't go after a week
Next Steps
you can consult your current reading doctor you can also continue Yograj Guggul as per recommendation
Health Tips
start taking to TSF of ghee on empty stomach daily early in the morning secondly avoid oily spicy and junk food if there is a pain you can take hot fomentation .
