Abdominal pain & toilet discharge probem

I have regular abdominal pain from 6 months .fristly i thought because of of codine addiction it occurs. But after leaving codine addiction till the problem remains same. Everymorning struggle for toilet discharge and whole day abdominal pain continues. And i also want to chnge my sleeping pills routine which was prescribed by the doctors when i consult for codine addiction.
