Complained of sudden abdominal pain in the morning along with pain in vaginal and rectum while moving and sitting After moving around discomfort minimized and after an hour pain eased She said after moving around and having little hot water buep came and then felt a bit ease. Her menses are due in next 2 days But such pain feeling for the 1st time. Is this pain to be worried or it's normal What to do

As you are nearing your menopause , these are common symptoms. Make sure you take adequate amount of water which is atleast 2 to 3 litres everyday. Also make sure your body gets some amount of exercise daily for good blood circulation . Exercising everyday is very important for keeping your body healthy.
