A swelling wound in my left leg

Asked for Male, 21 Years

Sir in my left leg normal wound like a pimple and I'm not take as serious so I leave as 1 week and sometimes I SCRATCH it so I think it not healing, Then 2 days before I used DETOL to healing but now the wound is swelling more sir please help me.
