A pimle on face
Since diwali this pimple is on my face but not going away sometimes it shrinka but does not fade it has not fluid filled not gives any pain when touching or pressing i have been applying benzoyl peroxide since diwali when acne breakout on my face all those acne faded but is still there what is it and how to treat

Its not an acne.
Looks like skin cyst
It can be removed surgically
Creams or lotions won't help much
