A pain in side ways of thoracic region.

I've consulted many doctors from past one month like cardiologists, general physicians, orthopaedics, neurosurgeons but my problem was not completely evaluated. My problem majorly concerns with back side ways of thoracic region and front chest pain. Due to severe pain I couldn't able to sit properly. If I sit for some 10 minutes I am experiencing a severe pain in my left side way back side. I've given for MRI scan for whole spine screening and separately for cervical spine and x ray for chest. Chest x ray shown normal. No doctor till now discussed about the root cause of my problem. My menustral cycle also paused since 3 months now I got my cycle. Now I want to know which doctor should I consult for this problem so that I can get some relief  please help me with this pain.
