A boil inside my nose!
Good morning docs.! I have developed a swelling inside my nose and the upper lip and that kept on swelling up since yesterday. I also had a running nose and fever yesterday night. Kindly and please suggest me what should I do to keep this swelling away. (Note. I have a Ceftum tablet left with me, shall I take it or visit a specialist ?). If I have to do the later one, whom should I visit? Or there are any homely remedies? Thank you very much.

That is a nasovestibular furuncle. Please see an ENT Specialist immediately. NEVER SELF MEDICATE WITH ANTIBIOTICS! IT COULD RENDER IT USELESS WHEN YOU REALLY NEED IT!
