I have 9.8 mm Kidney Stone in my Right Kidney at PUJ.Left Kidney is less functioning due to PUJO Narrowing Conginetal. DTPA : RT Kidney : 80 % Left Kidney :20% .Urea & Cretenine Normal. GFR : 88 . I need suggestions what to do here ESWL / RIRS .
And Since I have One Good Kidney I am bit Worried. KINDLY Suggest me
