My kid has severe ear itching, she keeps trying to itch both ears through her hair , it's very irritating for her.

In such age it is most likely due to wax.. Please use drops and consult a doctor in person for examination and removal if needed.. Avoid using ear buds etc to self clean.. It may cause trauma and pain
