6 months baby not sleeping well.
I have a 6 months baby, since birth she is sleeping less. Currently she is sleeping just 9-10 years. But she is quite active during whole day. I am bit worried about her mental growth if she sleeping less. Pls advice

sleep will be taken according to the need of the child so if the growth of the child is proper do not worry much about the sleeping pattern and sleep hours and it will obviously change from time to time and then stabilize. if overall the child is play full and is well responding then do not worry about the hours of slee and the will not have any problem. (please note if sleep is inadequate then growth will not be proper so if growth is proper then no need to worry about sleep)
