5 years old Chronic Fissure
I am suffering from chronic Fissure and took lots of laxatives tried allopathy, homeopathy and ayurvedic too still it's not helping now the laxatives also not helping i don't want to go for surgery i saw people suffering even after surgery even taking laxatives it's hurting whole passing stool and lot of pain remains after bowel movement no blood but itching do we have any permanent solution for it? I am using Anoblis and no laxatives now but pain is severe. No constipation now still because of wound it's hurting drinking 3 litre water eats salad I do everything pls suggest what to do some experience doctors who have already treated patients with chronic Fissure  permanently kindly consider your phone number below .

You can start ayurvedic medicine  or allopathy medicine  for it. Second  apply mustered  oil after bath or two times  in a day. Add beat root in your sald . Drink warm milk at night  before  sleep . Do sitz bath  for 15 to 20 min two times in a day. Do not eat red and green chilli and spicy food. Do not eat non veg.

Got ur concern and thanks for Raising Q well with discription. Fissures are cuts at anal skin and strong Rubber like elastic spincters muscles due to dryness and Hard stool... Ur Dietary Regime routine, pattern and heavy workout or thyroid issue may be culprit. To sooth pain n heal cuts u needed to add 5-10ml Ghee/Almod oil prior food and  Buttermilk to boost good bacteria abdominal exercises to tone gut muscle. Laxative may lead Vit insufficiency Ur age shares so many life goals to grab with professional achievements so blaming game on dr's and pathy makes u feel low and looses empowerment.

Do sitz bath twice daily.. Avoid spicy and oily food.. Use air tube to sit... Watch for constipation.. Avoid drinking and smoking.. Start proper ayurvedic medicine.. To get rid of this problem permanently without any side effects

Hello ma'am, welcome to Practo,no need to worry, Apply Jatyadi ghrit thrice a day, Isabgol 3 tsf.twice a day with cow milk, Triphala Churna 1 tsf at night with lukewarm water or milk, Take Madhur Tikta Kashaya ras dominant food,Drink Pomegranate, Pineapple, Apple juice, blueberry,munakka (draksha),Anjeer, Avoid red chilli, sour curd,kadi etc.All the best
